Rental rates (including taxes, security deposits and service charges) are subject to change. ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd will provide an official and written quotation for enquiries received with accurate rates at time of request. All rates quoted are also subject to change until confirmed with an official confirmation invoice.

A non-refundable deposit is required, as stipulated, within 14 business days of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 7 business days prior to departure. This may differ during holiday periods. If the reservation falls within 7 days of departure, full payment is due at time of booking. Minimum stays may be required depending on the property booked.

The use of the property is strictly for private holiday residence. The property manager and/or the owner of the property has the right to evict a guest and terminate the booking if found in breach of contract: overcrowding, intoxication and unpleasant behavior, physical or verbal assault, deliberate damage to the property, any incident which results in the police attending the property, any behavior posing a threat to others, ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise, use of illegal substances or flammable fluids such as explosives or fireworks, smoking within restricted areas in the property or having a party without prior consent of the owner. No refund will be given for any unused nights.

Properties are private homes and need to be treated as such. If you are travelling with children it is your responsibility to ensure they are supervised at all times. Property damages will be charged for and ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd bears no responsibility in the event of personal accidents to any guest. Children must not be left unattended in specific areas: pool, beach, balcony, garden, main gates…

Deposits and balance payments are non-refundable. It is recommended that you to take out travel insurance that covers cancellation of property rental. Christmas and New Year bookings are also non-refundable. All cancellations must be received by us in writing in a timely manner. Cancellation policy applies.

ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd standard payment terms are non-refundable, however, if your booking is affected by Covid-19 travel restrictions imposed by your government or the government of your booked destination amounting to the closure of borders or travel becoming illegal, we are passing on our accommodation suppliers cancellation policy. This may include a credit towards a future stay at the property and in some instances, a refund. Please check at time of booking what the policy would be in this instance.

Security and Damage deposits vary from destination to destination and from property to property. Clients are required to provide a Visa, MasterCard or American Express number together with a signature on the credit card agreement letter, that authorizes the Rental Company or ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd to debit the card up to 2 weeks after departure for any damage of the property or its contents and up to 4 weeks for any overseas phone calls and other incidentals.
Same will be legally documented towards the concerned authority or entity.

Parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed only if clearly mentioned during pre-booking phase. A written permission will follow based on the detailed provided and is subject to ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd and the property owner approval. Property may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental contract. Rates are based on occupancy and additional fees may apply. Additional guests for dinner/drinks may be permitted. This is subject to the approval of the owner or the property manager, and additional charges may apply.

Rates quoted will clearly state if they are tax and service inclusive or exclusive. It varies by destination, and even sometimes from property to property. Airlines also charge tax. Taxation is beyond the control of ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd and in the event that any changes occur to taxation between time of booking and departure, that will require a change in your holiday cost, this additional amount will be charged accordingly.

Check-in and check-out times can vary. Final check-in and check-out times will be advised on your final documentation with flexibility. Request for an early check-in or a later check-out can be requested and will be subject to final confirmation with the owner as this will depend on the arrival and departure of other guests on the changeover days, so may not be confirmed until near to the travel date. We recommend that you advise us of your requirements at the onset of your enquiry.

If your arrival is delayed for any reason you should inform the local contact person noted on the final documentation which is sent once full balance is received for the holiday. Should you experience any delays with your chosen transportation to the destination, ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd does not accept responsibility for the problems this may cause.

Upon request, equipment such as cribs, high chairs, car seats, rental (motorized or non-motorized), water activities items, personal staff (chef, butlers, babysitters…) can be provided and will be subject to additional charges.

ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd can arrange services such as transportation, car hire or local discovery activities through its official partner at additional charges. Rates will be provided by the partner.

On request, we can arrange for groceries to be stocked at the property (some properties may not offer this service) ready for your arrival. Personal Chef, daily menus or food & beverage services can be arranged at additional charges.

It is the responsibility of every member of your party to check they have the correct and valid passport and/or visas and any required inoculations for the destination to which you are travelling. ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd cannot accept responsibility for you or your party failing to produce or provide the necessary documents

It is a compulsory requirement that you and your party have the necessary insurance cover to protect for medical needs, Covid, cancellation, flight delays, force majeure, travel disruption cover and personal liability. ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd bears no responsibility if your travel insurance does not meet any requirements you may need for a claim. Our local team will assist and connect the concerned parties to facilitate the insurance assistance.

ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd takes no responsibility for any noise or disturbance outside the property which is beyond the control of the property owner. In the event that we receive prior notification of any nearby building works or disruption we will advise you immediately and will assist in finding an alternative if required. If an alternative is offered at a higher price, you will need to cover the additional cost.

Excursions, car hire or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are on holiday are not part of your package holiday provided by us. For any excursion, car hire or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd even if contracting with our preferred partners. ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd is not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator.

ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd carefully monitors all of the information featured on the website; however, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies. The details shown, including any pictures, are for informational purposes only. Your exact price depends upon selected property, length of stay and arrival date. All special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Additional restrictions may apply. All prices and dates may not be available at time of booking. All information is subject to change without notice.

ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd acts only as agents for accommodations and assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage, nor liability for injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers to or from their accommodations. If ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd is forced to permanently cancel the booking made by the client due to the sale or unavailability/double booking of the property, then best efforts will be made to offer another property of equivalent standard. If the price of the alternative property is less, the difference will be refunded to the client, but if the price is higher the client must pay the difference. If no suitable alternative is available, ViaVilla Staystyle Ltd will offer a refund. No compensation will be offered.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint or find something does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to report your complaint immediately to the house staff or local contact allowing them the opportunity to resolve any issues. In the event that your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction we require full information in writing to us within 15 days of check-out, and we will work with our supplier to obtain a reasonable solution once the complaint is upheld.

We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, disruption or cancellation of your holiday which has been prevented or affected by “force majeure”, which includes any unforeseeable situations beyond our control such as war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, epidemics, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, water level changes, sale of a property and all other similar events outside of our control. You must ensure you have adequate travel insurance for your holiday and claim via your insurance company.

If you are due to travel in the foreseeable future you must ensure you comply with all protocols of the Government of your holiday destination as well as the Government protocols of your country of origin, including the departure and arrival requirements. Destinations are changing the policies on a regular basis. We also strongly advise you check and seek travel insurance that covers for cancellations due to covid-19 or medical assistance if required when abroad.

Any amendments that we may make to the flight details, such as change in carrier, departure time and airport of departure within 12 hours of original time, would be considered as a minor change and would not be subject to any compensation or allow a cancellation of reservation.

Where domestic or international internal flights are booked, either by our preferred partner or by the client directly with the airline, we are unable to accept liability for any change in flight time by the carrier that would affect your onward or return travel arrangements.
